In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at 2101 NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas 77058 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and The Gordon & Betty Moore Foundation located at 1661 Page Mill Road, Palo Alto, CA 94304-0000 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Moore"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
