This agreement is entered into this 13th day of February, 2020 between Pyrotechnic Display, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation with offices in Clear Lake, Minnesota, (“Pyrotechnic”) and city of City of Chanhassen of the City of Chanhassen, State of Minnesota (‘Customer”), for the purchase of a fireworks display. (“Agreement”)
