This Broadband Services Franchise Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Tega Cay, a municipality organized and existing under the laws of the State of South Carolina (“Municipality” of “City”), and Google Fiber South Carolina, LLC a South Carolina limited liability company corporation, (“Franchisee”).
