In consideration for the opportunity to participate in competitive skiing/snowboarding at Three Rivers Park District, and as a condition of being permitted to use Three Rivers Park District premises and facilities, including for Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding, including races, practice runs, and “free skiing/snowboarding” before and after the competition (the “Activities”), the individual(s) named below (referred to as “I” or “me”) agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
