This Right of Entry and Encroachment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2024 by and between THE CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation and charter city (“City”), and DISNEY WORLDWIDE SERVICES, INC., a FLORIDA corporation with its principal office for the transaction of business at 500 S BUENA VISTA ST BURBANK, CA 91521 (“Licensee”) on the following terms and conditions. The parties are individually referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
