THIS AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN/BUILD SERVICES (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2018 by and between the City of Bell, a California charter city (“City”) and Hellas Construction, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
