The provisions contained herein constitute an Agreement between the City of Lacey and the Lacey Police Officers' Guild governing wages, hours, and working conditions for members of the Lacey Police Department. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective January 1, 2016.
