THIS REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between SICILY LAGUNA AZURE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Developer”), and the CITY OF PRINCETON, TEXAS (the "City"), a home-rule municipality organized under the laws of Texas. Developer and the City may be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
