This Terminal Building Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Broward County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“County”), and Bellsouth Telecommunications, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company authorized to transact business in the State of Florida (“Lessee”) (County and Lessee collectively referred to as the “Parties”), and is effective as of the date that it is fully executed by the Parties (“Effective Date”).
