This AGREEMENT is made this day of March, 2021, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of New York, with its principal offices at 24 South Street, Auburn, New York 13021 (hereinafter referred to as the "City") and AUBURN BASEBALL, INC, a business corporation, with its principal offices at 65 William Street, Lyons, New York 14489 (hereinafter referred to as the "Club").
