This New York Participation Agreement (“Participation Agreement”) is entered into by and between Adobe Inc. (“Adobe”) and Jefferson Lewis Hamilton Herkimer Oneida BOCES located at 20104 State Route 3, Watertown, New York 13601 (“Participating Local Education Agency”) and amends the Adobe Value Incentive Plan Membership Terms and Conditions (the “VIP Terms”) between Adobe and Participating Local Education Agency to which Participating Local Education Agency has enrolled online.
