This Contract for Purchase and Sale of Real Estate (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of November, 2020, between Ali Properties Melrose Park, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Purchaser”), and the Village of Villa Park (“Seller”), concerning the property commonly known as 325 E. North Avenue, Villa Park, IL 60181 (“Subject Property”), along with any improvements thereon, and legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
