PARTIES: This agreement between (“OWNER”) and St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort Condominium Association, Inc., (“RENTAL PROGRAM”), pursuant to which the OWNER appoints the RENTAL PROGRAM, as OWNER’s exclusive agent to rent the Unit subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged (the “Agreement”). .
