These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the provision of Home Telecom services (as specified below) by Global 4 Communications Ltd to the Customer. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions (of the Customer or otherwise), the former shall prevail unless expressly otherwise agreed by Global 4 in writing.
