Through the requirements as specified in the Local Health System Integration Act (LHSIA) and the Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreement (M-LAA), Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) must have a current Long Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement (L-SAA) in place with the Health Service Providers (HSP). As such, the WWLHIN has attached your Agreement and updated schedules to extend your current L-SAA through to March 31st 2022.
