This Service Agreement is a part of, and is hereby incorporated by reference into, that certain Order Form between Red Book Connect, LLC ("HotSchedules") and the Subscriber named on such Order Form (the “Order Form”). Collectively, the Order Form and this Service Agreement are referred to as the “Agreement”.
