CORPORATE CENTRE IV (this "First Amendment") is entered into as of the day of , 2024, by and among CITY PLACE CORPORATE CENTRE IV INVESTORS, LLC a Kansas limited liability company ("CPCC IV"), and BLOCK III CITYPLACE IV, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("Block III"), as to an undivided tenant in common interest (collectively, CPCC IV, and Block III shall be referred to herein as "Developer"), WELLSKY CORPORATION, a New York corporation (the "Company") and the City of Overland Park, Kansas, a municipal corporation duly organized, existing, and constituted under and by virtue of the Constitution and laws of the State of Kansas (the "City").
