This AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of November 15, 2010, by and among Texas Hospital Holdings, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, as general partner (the “General Partner”), and Texas Hospital Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Limited Partner”).
