This Interlocal Agreement (Agreement) is made by and between the City of Austin (the City) acting by and through its Austin Public Health department (APH), a home-rule municipality incorporated by the State of Texas, and Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health, a hospital district created under Chapter 281 of the Texas Health and Safety Code (Central Health).
