The present contract takes place between Ártica Soluciones Tecnológicas S.L (henceforth ‘Ártica’) a Limited Company constituted under compliance with the Spanish laws and regulations; having its head office in C/ Covarrubias 22, 1 D, 28010, Madrid, (Spain) and the Limited Company (henceforth ‘THE CLIENT’) which names as their verbally appointed agent.
