This Data Protection Addendum ("Addendum") forms part of the17hats Terms of Service ("Principal Agreement") between: (i) Isomnio, dba 17hats ("17hats") acting on its own behalf and as agent for each 17hats Affiliate; and (ii) the business, or company listed in the signature section below ("Company") acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Company Affiliate.
