The Public Housing Authority (PHA) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program “Partner Portal” is a secure, web-based tool that gives participating property owners and managers access information relating to properties currently under contract with the PHA. It is also the property owner’s gateway to enrolling in Direct Deposit for all payments from the PHA.
