This Agreement is entered into, effective September 1, 2004, by and between the Lakeview Board of Education, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board" and the Michigan Education Association, affiliated with the National Education Association, hereinafter called the "Association," through its local affiliate, Lakeview Educational Support Personnel Association MEA/NEA.
