MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEENMemorandum of Understanding • January 17th, 2020
This Memorandum of Understanding entered into by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, hereinafter referred to as “the State System” and OPEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania Local 112, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," sets forth recommendations mutually agreed upon by the parties concerning wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. The parties, through their representatives, have met and discussed matters deemed to be bargainable for other public employees under the Pennsylvania Public Employe Relations Act of l970 (Act l95) and have agreed to make the following recommendations for the period July l, 2016, and ending June 30, 2019. The following recommendations are intended to apply only to employees in the first-level supervisory Nursing and Supportive Medical Services unit certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board on October 20, 1994, more specifically referred to as PERA R-94-235-E.
