This Contract for Continuing Environmental Engineering Consulting Services is made and entered into this 3rd day of April, 2025 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LCC, a Louisiana Limited Liability Company, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”.
