This Interlocal Agreement for Funding and Construction of the Cary Regional Library Project (the “Agreement”) is entered into this the day of , 2018, by and between WAKE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, a public body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter “Wake County” or “County”) and the TOWN OF CARY, a municipal government under North Carolina law (“Cary” or “Town”). Wake County and Cary are individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to herein as “the Parties”.
