This Amendment No. 3 (Amendment) is effective March 01, 2015, or the last date signed by both Parties, to the state term contract for Boat Motors, Contract No. 120-440-08-1, effective between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department) and . (Contractor). The Department and Contractor are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Agreement, unless otherwise defined herein.
