This OPERATING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective October 20, 2021, by and between Woodside Townhomes L.L.C. (the “Company”), an Oregon limited liability company, and Mike Smith Investments, LLC, and Oregon limited liability company and Steve Parker Investments, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (the “Members”).
