This master subscription agreement, ("MSA") which may include any relevant ordering documents and exhibits (collectively, “Agreement”), is made by and between CB Information Services, Inc., a corporation validly existing under the laws of Delaware (“CB Insights” or “Licensor”) and the specific person or entity identified as the licensee or customer or party thereto in the associated agreement, ordering document, or purchase order (“Licensee” or “You”). Licensee and Licensor may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.” This MSA governs Your purchase and use of the Services and Licensed Materials (as defined herein, respectively) and shall be effective as of the date electronically accepted or last signed, whichever the case may be (“Effective Date”). CB Insights may amend this MSA at any time by posting a revised version on legal.cbinsights.com. Each revised version will state its effective date, which will be on or after the date posted by CB Insights.
