This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 16th day of August 2022, by and between the City of Sanford, 919 Main Street, Sanford, Maine 04073 (“Sanford”), a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Maine, located in the County of York, and the Town of Fryeburg 16 Lovewell Pond Road, Fryeburg, Maine 04037 (“Fryeburg”), a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Maine, located in the County of Oxford. The foregoing also are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or singly as “Party.”
