Part I is completed online, and this Application Agreement and supporting documents must be submitted by email by September 8, 2021, 5:00 PM, to practicalnursing@roguecc.edu with your name and RCC Student ID number in the subject line. Application Agreements will not be accepted if mailed USPS or hand-delivered.
