This Licensed Training Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between The American National Red Cross (“Red Cross”) and City of Cheney (the "LTP") (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”), effective as of the last date of signature set forth below (“Effective Date”), for the purpose of licensing Red Cross training materials and curriculum to LTP in order to permit LTP to deliver instruction in the Red Cross training courses that are included within the product package(s) listed in Appendix B (“Courses”).
