This Agreement dated July , 2015, is made and entered into by and among the LATHROP-MANTECA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, a duly organized fire protection district under the Fire Protection District Law of 1987 (“LATHROP-MANTECA”), the CITY OF LODI, a general law City and municipal corporation in the State of California (“LODI”), the CITY OF MANTECA, a general law City and municipal corporation in the State of California (“MANTECA”), and the CITY OF STOCKTON, a charter City and municipal corporation in the State of California (“STOCKTON”) (collectively referred to as “MEMBERS”), to be effective as of July 1, 2015.
