This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“Agreement”) is effective as of February 15, 2024 by and between the TDS Telecommunications LLC subsidiaries or affiliates identified on Schedule 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof (collectively “TDS TELECOM”) and, Level 3 Communications, L.L.C. (“Level 3”), a limited partnership organized under the State of Delaware, with its principal place of business at 931 14th Street (FL 9), Denver, CO 80202.
