This agreement is made and entered into as of July 14, 2013 by and between COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA (hereinafter called the "Union") and AT&T Services, Inc. (hereinafter called the "Company"). This agreement, like its predecessors will generally be referred to as the “National Internet Contract” (“NIC”). The Company and the Union agree as follows:
