THIS AGREEMENT is dated as of the day of 20 , by and between Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, LLC, duly authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida, whose address is 2850 Gold Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, in this Agreement referred to as “CONTRACTOR”, and SEMINOLE COUNTY, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is Seminole County Services Building, 1101 E. 1st Street, Sanford, Florida 32771, in this Agreement referred to as “COUNTY”.
