WHEREAS Grantor operates under the jurisdiction of the Alberta Municipal Act (AMC) and holds one or more facilities, utilities, pipeline rights-of-way, access roads, across the said lands and has constructed pipeline right-of-way’s, access roads, utilities and other facilities therein, hereinafter referred to as “Grantor’s Facility”; and
