This Consulting AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into this 25th day of February, 2013 by and between The City Of Dunnellon (“CITY”) with offices at 20750 River Drive, Dunnellon Florida 34431, doing business as Greenlight Dunnellon Communications (“Greenlight”), and, J. M. Pierpont Consulting, LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation with an address of 21426 Palatka Drive, Dunnellon, FL 34431 (hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”). The CITY and CONSULTANT are hereinafter individually referred to as the “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES”.
