Whereas subject to the terms of this Certification Agreement, products found to be in compliance to the essential requirements of the safety objectives for electrical equipment designated for use within certain voltage limits and that for electromagnetic compatibility, as per Annex 1 of BD-142004-01, on authorization are eligible to mark the certified product with the Gulf Conformity Mark.
