This Software as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by SchoolMint, Inc. with a primary place of business at 171 2nd St. Suite 400 San Francisco, Ca 94105 (“SchoolMint”) and Prospect Ridge Academy located at 2555 Preble Creek Pkwy, Broomfield, CO 80023 (“Licensee”) as of 04/12/2016 (“Effective Date”). The parties hereby agree as follows:
