THIS NEGOTIATIONS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into on this the 21st day of May, 2025 by and be- tween WEISER SCHOOL DISTRICT TRUSTEES, hereinafter referred to as “District” and representatives of the Weiser Education Association , hereinafter referred to as “Representative Organization”. This agree- ment is being negotiated pursuant to the provisions of Sections 33-1271 through 33-1276, Idaho Code.
