This Participating Addendum for the above referenced NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Contract is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and Blink Network LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of December 16, 2024.
