This is an agreement between the NORWOOD PARK HISTORICAL SOCIETY, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Lessor” and , herein referred to as “Lessee” for the use of the house at 5624 N. Newark and the grounds. WHEREAS, Lessor owns the house and grounds and has made them available to members for their use. The” House” is an historic property, located in a residential neighborhood in Old Norwood Park.
