In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at 300 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20546 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and University of Texas El Paso located at 500 W University Ave, El Paso, TX 79968-5802 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "UTEP"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
