This Student Data Privacy Agreement ("DPA") is entered into on the date of full execution (the "Effective Date") and is entered into by and between Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District, located at 2490 Hilborn Road Fairfield, CA 94534 (the "Local Education Agency" or "LEA") and Agile Sports Technologies, Inc. (the "Provider"), located at 600 P Street, Suite 400, Lincoln, NE 68508.
