made by and between City of Minneapolis, acting by and through its Park and Recreation Board, a body politic and corporate under the laws of Minnesota (“Grantor”), the Metropolitan Council, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (“Grantee”). The parties hereto are hereinafter sometimes each referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of final signature by the Parties.
