This Contract, which is effective on the date it is fully executed, is between the SANTA CRUZ COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, hereinafter called DISTRICT, and Shah Kawasaki Architects, hereinafter called CONTRACTOR. The parties agree as follows:
