This agreement entered into this 7th day of November, 2022 but effective January 1, 2023, by and between the City of Mitchell, a political subdivision of the State of South Dakota, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and Local 2922, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
