This Agreement (or “Contract”) is made as of March 20, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the COUNTY OF PLUMAS, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and ENGIE Services U.S. Inc., a Delaware corporation, with California State Contractor’s License Number 995037 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” or “ENGIE Services U.S.”).
