In consideration of the payment of the premium and subject to all terms, conditions and limitations of this Coverage Part, the Insureds and Insurer agree that the Insurer will pay for loss covered by an Insuring Agreement of this Coverage Part that the Insured sustains resulting directly from acts committed or events occurring at any time and discovered by the Insured during the Policy Period shown on the Declarations or during the period of time provided in Section IV Conditions 1.i.
